Hi! I am desperate. I have been home full time with twin boys who are 3 years old since they were born. Since they had their upsherin I decided I would get a babysitter and get out for a few hours a week because I really need to have some flexibility to go out myself every so often. I don't remember the last time I was alone! However one of the boys absolutely melts down and can't tolerate me leaving. I become anxiety ridden because HE is anxiety ridden. In the last I just gave up and never left but now I need it. I don't want to give in but it mamash seems traumatic for him. Hashem help me! Ladies help me! Any advice?

Have you talked to him about it? I don't know if you do TV, but there's a Daniel Tiger episode "Daniel's Babysitter/Daniel goes to School" that's about parents leaving and how they'll come back. Your library might also be able to give you some ideas of books to read.
