(For a 7 year old with dark hair and skin)
What color tights and headband would go best with a velvet navy jumper and velvet burgundy shoes for Yom Tov? Navy/Grey tights? Navy/burgundy headband?

It depends on the particulars.
If her specific shoes look good with gray that would be your first choice. If they look off (like sometimes with a mary jane or other styles) then go with the navy.

I would stick to navy tights & navy headband. With grey & burgundy there are just too many colors going on, she'll look like a clown.
What color is the top to the jumper?

OP here. Thank you all for your thoughts.
The top to the jumper is a white blouse with some blue velvet edging.
I like the look of grey tights and maroon shoes, but I wonder if there will be too many colors. That's why I was wondering if I should just stick to the navy tights and navy/maroon headband.
Anyone more visually inclined than me and can imagine the look, can you tell me your specific thoughts about this?

Stick to navy tights especially if the shoes are maroon. Grey doesn't come in here.
