Closeoutconnection. They have a website. 48 inch is a jewish size so you are going to have to buy from a jewish store.

48" is not a Jewish size bed and they are definitely not selling 44" beds in Midwest.

48” is only in Jewish stores. Frum Jews invented it. Your other options are 39”-twin, 54”- full, and 60”-queen.

They sell 48" beds in the Midwest.

For linen you can either buy Full, but they'll be a bit big (54" vs 48) or order from NY. There are a lot of stores there to buy from. I've gotten from D'rose linen. They don't have a website, but they helped me over the phone and emailed me pictures.
