48" is not a Jewish size bed and they are definitely not selling 44" beds in Midwest.

They sell 48" beds in the Midwest.
For linen you can either buy Full, but they'll be a bit big (54" vs 48) or order from NY. There are a lot of stores there to buy from. I've gotten from D'rose linen. They don't have a website, but they helped me over the phone and emailed me pictures.
