That's a nice idea. Would it be weird for a bas mitzva present?

Yes, but it would probably put a smile on her face.
Wouldn't it be fun to have your own supply of chocolates in your room, that you can nosh whenever you want.
You can get these candy dispenser machines too, then she can refill it when she wants to.

Ooh, I like this idea! Thank you, salt!
Her mother will probably kill me, but she will be super happy!

How about a framed poem you can write or have someone help you write about all her good qualities ?

You can also do a subscription-type gift, like different chocolates or candies once a month for a year/6 months, makeup samples, perfume... that way she'll get a present from you every month for a while! Google "subscription boxes for teen girls" for ideas, maybe you'll find something she loves and will be excited to get every month.

I had a relative that I also felt had everything.
I ordered personalized post-it stickie notes in various sizes.
She loved it.

What about an experience type of gift? Two tickets to a broadway show, a trip with you (if you think she will appreciate it) to a craft place, admission to a local museum you think she might like..
