I cooked fresh chicken for dinner on Monday. There was a lot of leftovers that have been in my fridge until now. Can I still use it tomorrow night or it's been too long?

I've done it without a problem.
I usually cook for Shabbat Thursday night, and will use leftovers Monday. That's 4 days. Same thing.

If it’s just for your family and you know their stomachs can handle it then maybe, but if you’re having guests I don’t think you should.

Even foodsafety.gov, which (IMNSHO) is very conservative, says you can safely use poultry leftovers for 3 to 4 days.

No guests. Just dh and our two young kids. Which is why I want to use it since we don't go through much anyway.

I totally would. I've gone up to a week without a problem

No way. It's not worth the risk.

I know that but some people are really sensitive, like me, especially when I’m pregnant. I can’t handle reheated meat or fish more than 2 days old - I will end up throwing it up (even if I’m not aware that it’s old when I’m eating it, in case you think it’s psychological.)
It’s normal for guests to ask the host if the food contains ingredients they are allergic to, but I think most guests assume the host is serving them fresh food unless told otherwise, and it could be rude to ask.
But in any case, OP said she’s only serving it to her family so she’s all good...

I would for me and my fam. If I was having guests I wouldn't (for the reason that was said already about people who are really sensitive). (unless you have a lousy fridge)

Whoever thinks the best of restaurants toss 4 day old chicken, haha. They just use it with a sauce to mask any flavor issues that you would pick up on.

No, the best of restaurants don't do that.

I’m not concerned about safety.
I just would like the taste.
If you don’t mind then go for it.
