We are having salmon for one of the lunch meals.
Should I bake it on Friday and keep it in the fridge until Sunday or Monday? Or bake it in my oven on 180 on yuntif? How long should it be in on 180? Thank you!

Is that 180 F? I don't know how long it would take, but I would think rather long. I always cook my salmon at 450 - for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the fish (I typically do a whole side).
I wouldn't want to eat salmon on Monday that was cooked on Friday either.

You're better off doing it on 200. 180 F may be too low to safely get it from raw to cooked. Check it after 1 hour.

Salmon that is cooked/baked Friday is perfectly fine to eat Monday! This is what most ppl will be doing yom tov.
I wouldn't cook salmon so law I would be worried that it's still 1/2 raw.

I don't bake salmon for yom tov. I poach it, and then leave it in the cooking liquid in the fridge until serving. Having it sit for a few days like this is good for the taste.
