any salami, sliced
one part Dijon mustard
one part jelly, any kind
1 T brown sugar, or to taste
Melt your mustard, jelly, and the sugar in a small pan.
Slice your salami into a shallow foil pan and top with your sauce.
Bake at 350 until carmelized, basting if needed.
Serve warm.

This sounds really good, what kind of jelly did you use and how sweet does it turn out?

I make something similar.
I use, honey mustard, regular mustard, dijon mustard and apriot jam and I mix it all together and pour on salami. I bake it coverd and after its cooled, I slice it and let the slices cook more in the sauce when I heat it up. its soooo good. you can serve it with rice.
