Can someone help me with this? Want to know re massage therapists in BP. Looking for a skilled and pleasant practitioner. Also, can somebody explain to me the different modalities and what they're for? Where can I get a 10-minute massage so I can try and see if I like? Need something gentle to relieve stress and physical tension.

Panim Yaffot has good masseuses. They have quiet rooms upstairs for massages. I think they run by the half hour. I suggest Swedish modality.

TY. I think I'd feel more comfortable going to someone private. Any of you know someone like that that does quality work, nice personality, and not expensive?
