I made corned beef with glaze for the first time and following the instructions, after boiling the meat, I poured off the water and then baked the meat with the glaze on it. Now I'm freezing it to reheat for YT, but it looks a little dried out from the baking without any liquid (the glaze was thick and just covered the meat). I'm worried that when I reheat it, it's going to get even more dried out. Should I put water in the pan before reheating?

Are you talking about the one on Kosher.com
I made this one
https://www.kosher.com/recipe/.....-5639
it came out great didnt look or taste dried out.
I may put water in the pan when I reheat or maybe I will remake the glaze or just use OJ and brown sugar

Good guess! Yes, it was that one! I used a very small piece of meat (1 lb) so maybe that's why it dried out a bit.
