I would like to make molten lava cakes to serve for chag- I have somne time tonight- do you think I can freeze them or just keep them in my fridge for next week- or not do it?

If you freeze and them rewarm it might not be molten anymore. So maybe add some hot fudge.

Dont bake it freeze it raw and put it straight from freezer into oven and bake a few minutes longer then the recipe calls for.
