I made extra (fresh from Sunday), never reheated.
1. Squash kugel?
2. Zucchini kugel? Does it make a difference that my kugels are crustless?
3. Vegetarian lasagna?
Any tips I should be thinking about to optimize freezing?
Thanks in advance.

The kugels should definitely freeze well. Lasagna likely too, though I never make it so can't comment on that.
Make sure that everything is wrapped very well (I double or triple wrap everything in my freezer) and it should taste delicious after defrosted and reheated.

Do you wrap in plastic or aluminum foil?

I wrap with aluminum foil and then put the foil covered pan into sealed ziplock bags.

veg kugels if you dont want them to be watery when defrosting, you need to bake it a bit before serving after defrosting, not just put onto a blech or hotplate to rewarm.
