I'm gluten free and I've made lasagna with gluten free lasagna noodles and also with spaghetti squash. Both are great!

The yellow ronzoni gluten free tastes and acts exactly the same as regular pasta. You can use it like you would use pasta. Unlike rice pasta (more watery and rubbery) or the other fancy gluten free ones (tougher)
TJ only carries rice pasta. Ronzoni is sold anywhere

just an update. So I bought the Ronzoni gluten free pasta, made baked ziti (sent it with soup, salad, pancakes etc..).
When I dropped it off I didnt think to mention that the noodles were GF. 3 hours later it dawned on me and I called her frantic, hoping she didnt serve it to someone allergic or not have dinner because of me,
She said, they arent allergic, just sensitive. She figured I didnt see the allergy note and decided to not ask me so as not to embarrass me. She fed it to er kids anyways and they loved it. She fekt so bad that she doesnt make them such gluttonous food.
After all that it was GF, she was surprised how good and real it tasted.
