Many people have a business selling baked goods out of their home. If you dont know them personally, how would you go about ascertaining level of kashrus/cleanliness? Or do you just avoid altogether.
I know there are legal issues involved too but let's leave those aside for now.

I only buy if I know the person personally or a close friend does and vouches for the seller. Otherwise I avoid.
