Uniqlo. Their prices are not bad ordinarily, but they are amazing when they have sales. This summer they had an amazing flarey skirt, nice fabric, hangs beautifully, a number of nice colors, that I initally got for me and my younger dd for $19.90 (I think it may have started off at $29.90). Then it went down to $14.90 and I got another one for ydd, and one for her big sister as well. At the very end it was down to something like $5! They have a website and several.stores in Manhattan.

PS for glasses I go to costco. This was at my opthalmologist''s recommendation. He says the quality is as good as anywhere else at half the price.
