It was cooling off and I totally forgot about it and went to bed before putting it in the fridge....is this something that will not go bad if left out? Or should I throw it out? Thanks!

It should probably be ok. Hope you refrigerated it in the morning. Use it up, don't serve leftovers another day.

Sure, it’s from kosher.com and is really a muffin recipe but I cut the recipe in half and I baked it in square 8x8.
