Does anyone know approximately what a experienced, hard working principal in a litvishe yeshiva of about 400 children should be getting paid?
Bh very grateful that my husband gets paid on time, but I have a feeling he is a bit underpaid.
Does anyone work in administration or payroll that would know?

I do payroll for a tristate litvish highschool with around 220 boys. Menahel is paid 125k

I think our elementary school principal makes around the $100k mark but with many more years of experience.
