Hi all ,
Years ago I got a delicious one pan brown rice and chicken recipe with onion soup mix etc. of this site. Now I can't find it anywhere anymore. Please help!

I have a recipe that sounds just like that but is made with white rice, if you're interested.

Watch out brown rice commonly has worms in it. Just strain it in a rice strainer and they will fall thru if they are there. They have red eyes.

Do you mean Indian meal moths? They do prefer brown rice over white (guess how I know  ). But they tend to leave sticky threads in the containers or bags they're packed in, and so are pretty easy to spot.

I've been using brown rice for at least ten years, from various brands, boxes, bags, some really cheap and random, and I have NEVER seen worms. I'm sure they exist somewhere but I wouldn't call it "commonly."
