Is it possible to teach baby to crawl on all fours if they started crawling with one knee up and one on the floor? If so, how?

In my experience, not really. One of my kids did a weird crawl with 1 leg in front and one behind. It was just how she did it. Doctor and PT both told me not to worry about it and not to bother trying to teach her the 'proper' way.

It's usually an unintegrated reflex. An ot who does reflex integration therapy can help. It's a good idea to work on it. I regret that I didn't do that for my oldest. Maybe could have helped some of the things she struggles with.

One of my kids did this. I once mentioned it to an OT and she said it could be a weakness on one side. Ds is fine. Bh no issues. I think right before ds started to walk he crawled on all 4s for one day. I didn't bother doing anything about it. He's kn'h doing great in school and at home.

One of my kids had an asymmetrical crawling pattern. I followed him around and held his leg in the correct position as much as I could and pretty soon he started doing it on his own.
