I read this post abt a woman who said she pooped in her pants by mistake thinking it was gas. I thought to myself "huh can one possibly have something like that?!" Like how can you make such a mistake. The internal feeling feels so different. Well today in the afternoon it happened to me. I ate something that doesn't agree with me. I knew before hand that this group of foods I can't handle but I love it and decided to eat it anyway. I have diarrhea from it and hashem showed me "Dont judge others". It was a powerful lesson for me to never ever ever judge ANYBODY!! Now don't judge me either. Gut shabbos.

By me it happened after I processed through a very difficult trauma in therapy, and I was in a different city out shopping. Plus I had my period, the toilet didn't flush, and a man came in right after me. 😳 I don't think I ever laughed that hard in my life.
😊 I'm human, and I love to laugh at my humanness.

Thank Hashem that you have a perfectly functioning digestive system.
IBS-D is a real thing, and it's not funny. I've had days where I've had to cancel all of my appointments because I literally could not be more than 5 steps away from a bathroom at all times. By me, it's usually brought on by stress.
