Cut it in half diagonally. Put it on a plate of lettuce/1 laying flat and one standing up leaning on that one. Put a little duck sauce in a small clear disposable dipping spoon next to the eggroll.

They stoped making it but I’ve done the terra salad with terra chips, just crushed
It a bit. Actually came out really pretty and crunchy. |
😢 I love terra stix. I’ve done the crumbled chips but I like stix so much better.

I usually just do avocado, lime juice and garlic salt (generous amount of salt is key - taste to get the right amount, of course don’t want too much). When I served it as an appetizer I may have added tomatoes. But that’s the base. |

Thanks- I do the same but with regular salt. I’ll try the garlic.

Keep the avocado pit in water & the avocado will not brown even for days. I do it when I have a half avocado in fridge

I’ve tried this and it hasn’t worked. I wonder what I’m doing wrong.

Any kind of salad - served with garlic pita chips (store bought or homemade). If you wanna be fancy, put the salad into a wrap baked in the shape of a bowl.
Mashed lima beans - many garnish options
Blintzes - vegetable, potato, mock liver with a mushroom sauce
Rolls (onion rolls, garlic knots, etc. ) with scoops of egg salad

Or maybe a falafel plate. Put the falafel on a skewer. Salad in the side. Techina and chumus in tiny dipping cups.

Sesame noodles topped with grilled chicken
You can make sauces now and keep them in the fridge, or even prepare the chicken in the sauce and freeze and grill when you defrost.

Any hamantash. Dough with any filling like sauteed veggies, sauteed cabbage or meat. Or fill with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes or like a mashed broccoli filling ( like from a broccoli kugel recipe
