Do you have a peeler?
Can opener?
Don't forget to buy sponges or whatever you use to wash all the dishes.

Corkscrew?
Plata, blech, or crock pot. (Some way to keep food hot for Shabbos).
Also tea kettle or pump pot or urn (my LOR says I need a pesachdik one).

Corkscrew, peeler, etc all came in my "kitchen tools" set. (I did remove the pizza cutter and used it for non-passover purposes!)

My mother is lending me her drip coffeemaker so I think I'm just going to brew ahead of time and drink iced coffee because I don't want to spend more money.

I'll leave my oven on shabbat mode and just have cold Shabbat lunch.

Ack! I forgot a dish drain and drain board. Just ordered from Amazon. Otherwise I think I have everything I need. My kitchen is kashered and ready to go!
Thanks to everyone for all their help!
