I’ve seen to put it in a hot oven uncovered straight from the freezer. But at what temperature! And for approximately how long?

Just like you said, at 400. A 9x13 will take over an hour (maybe 2 or 3?? I dont remember) and smaller pans close to an hour. I usually do mine in tons of smaller ones so I dont remember exactly about 9x13s...

If you freeze it half-baked, you can bake finish baking it in the oven regularly.
If it's frozen fully-baked, you should warm it up in the oven loosely covered on a high temperature. That will give it a crispy crust, but it won't taste like fresh.

cover it with water, more then a sprinkle but not drenched either, like a coating. and bake on 375 for 20 min. check the center or bottom afterwards to make sure its hot all over.
