Soups (hearty vegetable, split pea, chicken, zucchini, onion, butternut squash)
Prepared chicken
Breaded shnitzel
Lasagna (not cooked)
Meatballs
Kebab

Chicken and rice in one pan-prep and season and then freeze. Defrost, add water and bake.

Meatballs and anything with ground meat - kebabs, burgers
Chicken patties
Tuna patties
Hearty soups
Sliced meat, like roast
Shnitzel
