Anyone have a really good potato knish recipe that doesn't have a ton of grams of fat? (no puff pastry or tons of oil or margarine- some is fine just not a ton).
Doesn't necessarily have to be potato. Just any really yummy knish recipes not high in fat.

This isnt a knish but similar: mash potato with oil and spices and roll into balls. Dip the balls in cornflake crumbs or brush with eggs and sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes

So this is the exact recipe I usually use but it has TWO sticks of margarine in the dough. So I'm looking for something with a little less.... if it exists.

LOVE this idea but my husband is into the traditional potato knish and I don't think these would cut it for him.

I think I substituted oil or 1/2 oil and 1/2 margarine.
