It has a bleach stain on it.
I tried baking soda and I tried vinegar but nothing happened.
I left it to soak in my washing machine now anything else I can do?

The color is gone. It's not a stain.  You can color it in but won't be exact.

Bye bye $70 skirt that I barely wore.
It’s a purple so probably won’t be able to find the right color dye.

I've colored a bleached skirt with permanent marker, it looks great you can't tell. Maybe of you find the exact color marker it may work.

A permanent marker is better.
But if you want to save the skirt, buy an applique to iron on top of it, if such a design makes sense.

Yes. Either permanent marker or bye bye.
I said bye bye to bleach after I ruined too many good things. I keep it very high on shelf and use it rarely with gloves and while wearing junk clothing.
