All brownies I tried so far were too dry for me. Anybody have a moist recipe without chips? I don't like pieces. Thanx

Duncan Hines brownie mix with 3 eggs. No need to reinvent the wheel. This is perfect.

I actually told DH that I'm not baking cake until Shavuos but sure enough he brought home a few Duncan Heinz cake mixes from Shoprite yesterday ...hint hint.

If I recall correctly this brownie recipe makes pretty moist and chewy brownies (I didn't make them in a long time so I may be wrong but my memory seems to think it's the right recipe)
1 Cup all purpose flour
3/4 Cup natural cocoa or Dutch process cocoa
2 Cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt (if you use unsalted butter increase to 1/2 tsp salt)
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
1/2 Cup (8 Tbsp butter melted) (you can use margarine instead
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 9 x13 pan.
1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl in the order in which it's written. Stir then beat the mixture until smooth.
2. Spoon the batter into prepared pan
3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until they are just barely beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan.
4. Remove brownies from oven, let cool completely before cutting.
