I'd love to do permanent eyeliner. It's something I've been wanting to do for decades.
I'm worried about the permanent shape not being the way I like to apply my eye makeup every day. So I am looking for somebody very talented and experienced.
Does anybody have a recommendation in Brooklyn?

Is this allowed al pi halacha? I thought it's like a tattoo and not allowed?

It's semi permanent and lasts 2 years. It is not considered like a tattoo and I'd be allowed to do it. There are various opinions on whether it can be a mikvah issue so ask your own shayla.

Absolutely not! It’s a chatzitza for Mikva!

I just looked this up on yoatzot.org and a few other sites and according to them it is not a chatzitza for mikva.
