Wanted to make for last day meal (Monday).

However I don't know what to do. Can I make now and freeze so it doesn't sit in my fridge for 3 days?

Or should I prepare Sunday night/Monday AM and put in the oven? *If on shabbos mode, gonna take a few hours to bake.. but I don't know if this kind of recipe can be cooked low and slow?

Pls help!

I froze mine and will reheat on a hotplate on Monday.
