Am I supposed to tip teachers and Rebbes on the last day of school? If so what is the norm? Only one grade did a pooled gift.

I usually get a pooled gift Chanukah time, occasionally individual cash gifts with mishloach manos at Purim, and end of the year it's chocolate or flowers with a card.

Do what your heart is telling you to do - I hope those who give are giving out of a genuine desire to show appreciation and not peer pressure! The main thing is that you or your child write a thank you note. I save those forever and they give me a lot of chizuk.
