I have around 80 pounds to lose and must start getting on my treadmill. I find it EXTREMELY boring and count the actual seconds.
I would like to watch some videos, I really love movies but have been trying to not watch them.
any other suggestions that could keep me motivated please?

ted talks? audio books? shiurim? I borrow audio books from my local library via an app for free which I listen to while I walk, or you can use an app like audible. One book takes about 10 hours to listen to. (Outside. I used to have a treadmill but now all my kids are in school I prefer to walk outside in the fresh air.)

How do you watch movies? Laptop? Tablet? I'm pretty sure you can listen to books/shiurim etc on a laptop or tablet. Definitely on a tablet.

I appreciate the response, I get them from the library and don't have a laptop with internet access right now.
Any other entertainment recommendations?

I'm not sure if they still have them but my library used to have audio books that you just plug headphones in to listen to.
My son wanted to be able to listen to shiurim, music etc and is not allowed a smartphone or tablet in yeshiva so a lot of boys get the old fashioned ipods (from ebay) and load them with shiurim and music. You can also get very cheap mp3 players on amazon if you just want audio files. I think he was also able to load aduio files onto a dumb phone. I guess you need to be a bit tech savvy to do this though and you need access at some point to an internet enabled computer to do this. (I guess if you are on imamother you have access).
