So OP, if your daughter's teacher are not doing that, it is up to you to be more proactive. If you don't want to deal with it, then maybe look for a school with a different style. It comes from the top down, it is the expectations set by the administration. Right now you are describing a school with a live and let live attitude which clearly doesn't seem to be beneficial for your daughter. |
Yeah, a big difference between this and "in town" frum schools' teachers. Although sometimes teachers in frum schools do recommend DOE evals, it's obviously not the case with OP's teachers. That's why it's important for her to be on top of it
