One 16 oz bag of frozen fruit (I've done strawberries & mango), 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar. Blend well in food processor with the s blade while fruit is still frozen & that's it!! Really easy, yummy, & has a smooth texture.

Refrigerate a can of peaches in light syrup. Pour the whole thing into a blender and blend it until you’ve incorporated lots of tiny bubbles. Pour into a container and freeze immediately.
I’m sure it would work well with any canned fruit. The light syrup works better in the freezer than juice. Heavy syrup is probably even better, but I’d rather save a couple calories.
