Hi,
I know there is no magic pill to lose weight
But has anyone used any over the counter med that helped lose weight for short term while I'm dieting to help speed things up a little

I agree, keto+cardio a few times a week is great for fast weight loss. Weight pills are DANGEROUS. Don't do it.
