His name is Dr. Pinchas Khlar. It is my understanding that he is a native english speaker doctor. He is private, and I cannot find contact information on him. Would anyone know? OR, would anyone know the phone # of the clinics he works out of?? He works out of the Wolfson Building and also out of the Refo No Meuhedet Clinic in Givat Shaul.
