Even if you pay double tuition, you should fly under the radar. Too many stories of anti-Semitism from non-Jews and too many ayin haras from fellow community members as well as the fact that everyone will hit you up for big donations if you are anyway throwing money around. Your kids will see you spending on things that are meaningless and may look at the frum life as a shallow life.

As if most people give every penny possible to tuition..
