For the last week or so he’s been hitting his head with his hand, almost as if he has a headache or something hurts. I called my doctor and he said he wouldn’t be concerned but I am concerned. He’s otherwise acting fine.
Is this just normal behavior or something to worry about?
(He recently had an ear infection, could it be connected?)

Probably nothing to worry about, but I would follow up with your doc to make sure ear infection cleared. It's possible that there's fluid in his ear that's bothering him.

He has had fluid for months. I’m taking him to an ent tomorrow. I guess we’ll see what he says. My mind was going all over the place...
