I used to love salmon and these days I really can't stand it.
I'm wondering if the issue is my oven. I know the heat inside is really uneven. It doesn't seem to affect other foods much though could this be causing issues when baking fish?

Is the fish just as bright and fresh as usual? Any scent coming from it at all when it's raw? I've been having a hard time finding quality salmon lately and can't stand it anymore either.
