About time it will finally make the monsey grocery stores not be so
Overpriced and they won’t be able to rip off customers anymore because there is no where else to shop.
Lakewood was a mistake for bingo because Lakewood prices are already cheap.

Local groceries are not ripping off customers. They don't have the buying power that Bingo does. Do you have any idea how expensive rent, workers salaries,' electricity is? You don't have to buy there but don't say nasty things either!.

The local groceries are really not overpriced and ripping anyone off, I don't know where you get that from.
I wonder if bingo will succeed in Monsey, many shop at costco.

Many people shop at Costco in Lakewood too and as a customer it looks like Bingo is doing fine. Lots of people go to both. It's NPGS that are really hurting because people like me now shop in Bingo.

I would probably spend more in a store where everything is a bargain.

Bingo seems to be doing just fine in Lakewood.
I moved from Bp where KRM was the only grocery I shopped in. Lakewood grocery prices are soooo expensive compared to that! I don't know where you get the idea that Lakewood groceries are cheap. I haven't found that to be true.
Anyway, now I only shop Bingo and fill in occasionally for brands they don't carry.

Just curious... the article said they charge wholesale prices. So how do they make their money?

Not everything is cheaper but people tend to buy huge amounts of stuff there, just like at Costco.

For some reason the grocery stores in Lakewood are half price of Monsey grocery stores and they also have to pay workers and rent and all that. Rent in Lakewood is very high.
Monsey has no competition so of course prices are higher.

If Lakewood prices are expensive then don’t even walk into a grocery store in Monsey you will go bankrupt.

#1 bingo is not that cheap. They have their specialties that they're cheap but otherwise they're pretty comparable to others #2 in bp they don't have delivery. I hope in Monsey they will otherwise I don't think they'll be too successful

Does bingo require a membership, like costco does?
