I'm looking for an exercise video to follow. Should be about 15-20 minutes long.
I'm a real beginner, very out of shape.
The video should preferably focus on postpartum problem areas- tummy, backside, hips. If it focuses on diastasis recti (though I don't think I actually have it), that would be helpful.

The become project is fantastic!
They also have great consumer interaction, you can ask qs every week how to do certain exercises and get video responses.
