Lately I seem to be getting a stiff neck on occasion. A friend told me she heard it advertised on the radio and it sounds like a miracle cure for better and more comfortable sleep.
Do you have one, and, if so, do you feel it helps you sleep better? Your opinions, please.

I have one for a number of years and I sleep comfortably. But I do get stuff necks here or there. It is the only pillow I feel comfortable with. My husband has one too. You have to make sure that you order the right one for you. We have two different ones and I don’t find his comfortable.

I have a My Pillow that I ordered a few years ago.
It's filled with little pieces of some kind of medical foam. You can feel them, so it's not completely smooth. But it has a lot of loft and always feels cool when you flip it over. It took a few weeks for me to get used to the pillow, but I am very pleased with it. In fact, it's the best pillow I've owned.
More recently I ordered a 4-pack of 2 standard-size and 2 travel My Pillows. The travel pillows are great, but the regular pillows seem a bit underfilled.
