I usually use white spelt for my challah recipe. Accidentally bought a bag of "Lite Spelt". Are the two interchangeable? What's the difference?
I can go back and exchange, but curious about it....

Also I think from a taste perspective, white tastes better, but I don’t eat grain at all anymore.
