I just found pareve Nestle white chocolate chips in Shoprite!! I would appreciate any really good recipes to try them out! TIA!

1 cup unsalted butter/margarine(softened)
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
12oz white chocolate chips
*350°, about 10 minutes
BEST COOKIES IN THE WORLD. You can go ahead and shut down the thread now because you're not gonna get a better recipe than this.

Thank you!! You don't need to refridgerate the dough? Do you know if you can make this as bars (easier)? Have you tried to substitute oil (also easier(?

Nope just mix and throw into oven. I plunk them down instead of rolling into balls. So much easier.
I've made it into bars. They were super soft and falling apart, so maybe bake them for longer.
If you substitute, then do half cup oil instead of a full cup. I think I've done it, but I for sure didnt also make that batch into bars. (So I have no clue how it'll come out if you do both!)

We whipped up a double batch of these cookies. They were easy and fun to make - just chewy, flavorful PERFECTION!
