With the onset of winter some of the rooms including my kids bedroom are really drafty. Someone told me there is an energy efficiency program that can assist with cost or interest fee loans. Is anyone familiar? I'm in NJ

There are low income programs available. My friend had a very good experience. Call your local community council.
