My Latest and Greatest Bread Machine Challah recipe

After struggling with dough that's not sweet enough or is hard like a brick, I finally came up with the following:

1 1/2 cups water
4 tsp yeast
2 large eggs
6 T oil
6 cups flour
8 T sugar
2 1/2 tsp salt

Mix ingredients in any order, making sure salt does not touch yeast, and let rise. You can make 1 1/2 or double the recipe, depending on your bread machine's size.

In the morning, I let the machine mix and knead, then let rise in the fridge until I need it later that evening. Braid and bake.

Makes a sweet, fluffy loaf ! Leftovers are good on Sunday, too !

What type of bread machine do you have? Mine is too small, I'd like a bigger one.
