Any advice?
Made challa dough last night and was too tiered to make challa.
Put it in the fridge over night, smells yiesti... almost like beer...
Can I still use it?🤦♀️🤔
Or how can I best fix it..?
Don't want to make again....

If you put it in before the dough rose, it should be fine.
If you first left the dough to rise, and then put it in the fridge, the Challah will be crumbly and taste yeasty since it will have risen too many times.
