I've never been to Imagine that, but Please touch is amazing and regularly makes top 10 lists of children's museums nationwide. So I'd probably go with Please touch. Its very big, a lot to do and see and perfect for the ages you mentioned.

Please touch is way better, not even comparable to imagine that. Imagine that is like a big playroom, nothing major.
