You have to give mishloach munas for your machatunim?
You give the same what you give for everyone? or you add anything special?

You dont have to.
One of my machatanum let me know last year that they never give shalach manos to machatanim. (They have 11 married kids. ) it was a big relief for me. I was happy she was open about it- that way it takes the pressure off everybody.
If you feel close to them and you want to, by all means go ahead and give them. I never understood the concept of giving people something "different" than everyone else. They don't exactly know what you are giving everyone else....
The mitzva is to give to one person. Anything beyond that is optional.

For mechetunim it's nice to give a nice mishloach manos. Some make up not to exchange with each others as to take off the pressure.
