I don't have the cookbook but iirc in Fresh and Easy there was a strawberry drink with wine in it that was very good.

I make the following when I'm in the mood for a good drink (sorry no official measurements)
Orange juice, fruit punch drink, crushed pineapple and vodka.
Blend with a stick blender

Oooo I make a heaven melon mojitos

-1/2 c honeydew
-1/2 c cantaloupe
-4-6 fresh mint leaves (if you can't find, then use 6-8 drops mint extract)
-1 1/2 oz rum
-2 Tb simple syrup
-Juice of half lime
-Plain seltzer

Blend it up
