I am looking for a good moist muffin recipe. Any ideas?

Oatmeal applesauce muffins
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Optional: Chocolate chips, raisins, nuts
Combine all ingredients and bake at 400 F for 18 minutes

No oil or sugar at all?

The applesauce replaces the oil and the sweetness comes from the honey.
